With tongue and grove 6/8 plywood flooring, 2/6 floor joists, hurricane straps, and notched 4/6 runners, quality begins from the ground up. Our walls are built on 16 inch centers with a double 2/4 every four foot for additional strength. We also frame out our doors and windows and use a double plate and engineered trusses. Add this to our patented “Continuous Soffit” ventilation system as well as our screened roof vent and you have a building that has been designed to combat heat and condensation. Our buildings are designed to meet all international building codes for the region in which they are built and come with great warranties including a seven year workmanship warranty.
